Qualifications and Study Experience
Vishal studied law at Bournemouth University, graduating with a 2:1 degree. He went on to complete his Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the University of Law in Birmingham, gaining the foundation for his career as a litigation lawyer specialising in complex disputes.
Work Experience
Vishal began his legal career in 2006 as a Paralegal at Irwin Mitchell before becoming a trainee solicitor in 2008. His skills in litigation and contract disputes were further honed when he joined the international law firm DAC Beachcroft in 2013. There, Vishal handled complex litigation cases and advised leading insurance clients on high-value commercial litigation matters.
In 2020, Vishal moved to Silverback Law, where he led and grew the Commercial Litigation team. Under his leadership, the team expanded significantly, dealing with all aspects of dispute resolution, from property damage claims to breaches of contract and debt recovery.
In 2024, Vishal joined Waldrons Solicitors as Head of the Dispute Resolution Team. He specialises in resolving disputes efficiently and effectively, ensuring his clients benefit from his expertise in mediation, alternative dispute resolution and litigation strategies.
Recognition and Memberships
Vishal qualified as a solicitor in 2010 and is regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. He is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales and serves as a committee member for the Worcestershire Law Society. In 2022, Vishal was nominated for Solicitor of the Year at the Worcestershire Law Society Awards, recognising his outstanding contributions to commercial dispute resolution.
Beyond the Office
Vishal is passionate about cricket and football and enjoys attending live matches whenever possible. Outside of his professional life, he also dedicates time to gardening, growing his own fruit and vegetables.
