Qualifications and Study Experience
Olivia completed the LLB Law course at Nottingham Law School achieving a first class honours award. In 2021 she completed the Legal Practice Course, also at Nottingham Law School, achieving a distinction.
Work Experience
Whilst completing her law degree, Olivia took part in a work placement with the Johnson Partnership in Nottingham City Centre, a firm specialising in criminal law. From there, Olivia worked in the Criminal Defence Direct call centre and shortly after completed the Police Station Representatives Accreditation Scheme in 2018.
Olivia started her first full time legal role as a paralegal at Waldrons Solicitors in the criminal defence department.
At the end of her Master’s Degree, Olivia began training as a solicitor with Waldrons completing periods of training in our Crime, Residential Conveyancing, Employment and Litigation and Commercial Property departments.
Olivia qualified as a solicitor in January 2023 and works in our Commercial Property department dealing with a range of commercial property matters including the sale and purchase of commercial property and commercial leases.
As well as this, she works as part of our Telecoms team, advising landlords in relation to leases, mast sale agreements and code agreements with Telecommunications Operators. She also assists with the negotiation of Wayleave Agreements and Landlord and Tenant 1954 Act matters.

Olivia qualified as a Solicitor in 2023; she is regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales.
Personal Info
Outside of work, Olivia enjoys spending time with her family and going for brunch with her friends. She enjoys travelling abroad and has recently visited Southern Italy, soaking up the sun in places such as the Amalfi Coast and Capri.
