In 2012, Charlotte embarked on a Business and Administration apprenticeship while working as a receptionist and administration assistant at a local firm. By 2014, she had successfully completed her apprenticeship, earning a Level 2 NVQ in Business and Administration, which laid the foundation for her career in the legal sector.
Work Experience
Charlotte began at a local Birmingham firm while pursuing her apprenticeship. After gaining experience in conveyancing during her studies, she discovered a passion for supporting clients through one of the most significant decisions of their lives.
Upon completing her apprenticeship, Charlotte’s dedication and enthusiasm led to rapid progression. She moved from a secretarial role to becoming a Legal Assistant, then a Paralegal and ultimately a Conveyancing Fee Earner. Over the last 12 years, Charlotte has worked her way up from the ground, gaining extensive expertise in residential conveyancing.
She now handles a wide range of property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, unregistered properties, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build purchases. Charlotte’s hard work and client-focused approach continue to be key drivers of her success.
