Qualifications and Study Experience
Adam obtained his Law Degree (2:1 degree classification) and Post Graduate Legal Practice qualification (commendation) at the University of Wolverhampton and shortly thereafter began training to qualify as a Solicitor in 2001.
Work Experience
Adam is a Senior Solicitor specialising in Clinical Negligence and has practiced in this exclusively since 2003. Adam joined the Waldrons Clinical Negligence Team in 2008, having previously worked at a regional and national firm, gaining experience in all aspects of Clinical Negligence.
Adam has a wealth of experience in dealing with hundreds of Clinical Negligence cases over this time, covering the many areas of medical practice and dealing with cases of all types and complexity. Adam has experience of dealing with cases of maximum severity, involving cerebral palsy, brain injuries, amputations and, sadly, many fatal cases. Adam prides himself on working closely with clients and medical experts to try to achieve the best possible outcome. Adam has been involved in both high value and complex cases, including cases that have proceeded to a contested trial and has had many successful settlements including through mediation and at settlement meetings. Adam has developed close working relationships with many specialist Clinical Negligence Barrister and medical experts over the years and has close links with a number of organisations such as AVMA (Action Against Medical Accidents), APIL (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers) and SCIL (Society of Clinical Injury Lawyers).
Adam has been involved in a number of high profile cases, which have received local and national media coverage on Television, Radio and in print.

Adam has held the Law Society Accreditation for Clinical Negligence since 2013, which is a recognised quality standard for practitioners representing Claimants in clinical negligence cases. This is only held by a small number of firms that can demonstrate expertise and experience in this field of practice.
