Waldrons Solicitors are once again showing their support to the local community by hosting a Charity Will Fortnight from 5th – 16th September 2022. During these two weeks, Waldrons’ write straightforward Wills for Clients free of charge, who in turn, make a donation to the Dudley Group NHS Charity.

We always aim to provide a high quality service that is exactly the same as our Clients would receive when making Wills at any other time of the year, and the hard work and dedication provided by our commendable team is second to none. There is no cost for the storage of Wills, we provide free Will reviews and we register the Wills with the National Wills Database. Our team has once again grown this year so we are looking forward to a busy campaign.”
This year, Waldrons have strengthened its Private Client Team and would like to welcome to two new members, Jill Banks (formerly of Blount Hemmings Solicitors) and Morgan Martin-Booth.
Jill Banks, Associate Director and Solicitor can help and advise you with Deputyships, Probate & Estate Administration, Wills & Powers of Attorney and Estate Planning. Since the merger of Waldrons and Blount Hemmings in March 2022, Jill has continued to provide her clients, both old and new, with her support and understanding, a wealth of knowledge and experience, thus showing professionalism and expertise throughout each instruction.
Morgan Martin-Booth, Paralegal Apprentice joined in 2020 and has gone from strength to strength within the Private Client Department. Morgan has been taken under the wing of Dawn Cash and is keen to develop her career. Waldrons recognised Morgan’s hard work, loyalty and commitment to the firm and are supporting Morgan on her journey to pursue a career in law.

2. Where do appointments take place?
Appointments can be held over the telephone, online (via MS Teams), or in person at our offices. A number of face to face appointments can be made at the Dudley, Kingswinford or Merry Hill Branches. Special restrictions and social distancing measures will be in place.
3. How do I make a donation?
A minimum donation of £80 for a single Will (and £150 for a couples Will) will be taken on the day of the appointment by cash, cheque or card.
