Shoaib Munsaf brings extensive experience, having studied law at Birmingham City University and completed a master’s degree. He has managed his own conveyancing caseload, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity. Shoaib began his career at a local high street firm and is dedicated to providing efficient, client-focused service.
Charlotte Hatch started her legal career in 2012 through a Business and Administration apprenticeship, earning a Level 2 NVQ. Over the past 12 years, her passion for conveyancing has driven her rise from receptionist to Conveyancing Fee Earner. Charlotte handles a wide range of property matters, including freehold and leasehold transactions, unregistered properties, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build purchases. Known for her client-focused approach, she is also preparing to work toward becoming a Licensed Conveyancer.
