Following on from the Compensation Department being mentioned in the Legal 500 as a ‘Firm to Watch’, the Personal Injury team have maintained their ranking in Chambers & Partners as a Band 2 Firm for Personal Injury work across the West Midlands Region. Chambers & Partners is a legal directory of solicitors’ firms and barristers, with rankings based on industry feedback and client testimony.
Waldrons Solicitors have now maintained the ranking for several years, owing to the work carried out by our Personal Injury team. Two lawyers have also received individual commentary from Chambers: John McDonnell is recognised for being ‘well versed in catastrophic injury cases involving orthopaedic and brain injuries’, with his experience of psychiatric injuries also being noted.
Gerry O’Brien is noted for his work for the Police Federation of England and Wales, as well as his experience of ‘chronic pain claims, and in orthopaedic and psychiatric injury matters’. Waldrons’ Head of Compensation, Joseph Norton, said of the ranking: ‘I’m delighted that we have maintained our ranking in this year’s edition of Chambers & Partners. Peer and client recognition means a lot to us, and the Personal Injury team’s work is rightly commended.
It’s great to see this news, particularly as it came hot on the heels of the team being mentioned as a ‘Firm to Watch’ in Legal 500. Well done to John, Gerry, Colin, Katie and Louise!’ Waldrons’ Personal Injury team are experienced in all areas of personal injury work.
