The Chancellor Rishi Sunak has today announced a temporary holiday for Stamp Duty payments on residential properties.
If you are buying a property that will be your main home, for up to £500,000 and it completes before 31st March 2021, you will pay no Stamp Duty.
We are awaiting confirmation as to how this will affect second homes, buy to let properties and properties with a purchase price in excess of £500,000
