Meryl, Esther and Ed wish to express sincere thanks to everyone for their messages of sympathy, love and support during this sad time. We were overwhelmed by the attendance at the Cathedral, and greatly comforted during the Service by the fitting tribute and celebration of John’s life. We would also like to thank everyone who has given so generously to the charities in memory of John.
