We are thrilled to announce that our Care Department has this year continued to show it’s excellence in earning re-accreditations for a number of it’s members to the Children’s Panel. Sapphire Stait, Luke Boxall and Patrick Sheedy are all members of this having successfully applied for re-accreditation. This further solidifies our commitment to providing exceptional legal services in cases involving the most vulnerable children and marks a significant milestone in our delivery of top-tier legal support for children and families. These accreditations reflect our team’s dedication, expertise, and the high standards we uphold in representing the best interests of children and families.
The Children Law Accreditation is a recognised quality standard for solicitors and covers all types of children law work. Anyone applying must have personally conducted cases in this difficult area of law, completed advocacy on behalf of client as well as showing an up-to-date knowledges of law, case-law and guidance in this ever-changing area of law.
