We are delighted to announce that Patrick Sheedy, Head of the Care Department and a Member of the Children’s Panel at Waldrons, has successfully gained accreditation with the Law Society’s Family Law Advanced Certification.
This accreditation places Patrick among a select group of solicitors in the Black Country and Worcestershire who have demonstrated advanced expertise in Family Law. To qualify, Patrick significantly exceeded the minimum requirement of 550 chargeable hours of Family Law work over the last three years and specific in-depth knowledge of private children law and the law relating to child abduction and wardship. His extensive experience also includes knowledge of related areas of law, such as property transfers.
Speaking about his accomplishment, Patrick said:
