‘The Government publishes ten factsheets about the Employment Rights Bill. They go through different aspects of the Bill, covering fire and rehire, unfair dismissal, zero hour contracts, SSP and other matters.
For the most part they are short, except for the trade unions factsheet which goes on for over ten pages.
