Waldrons Solicitors recently hosted their Care Update 2023 Event deep in the heart of the Black Country, and what better way to spend the evening than in the location of the Womens Workers Institute within the Black Country Living Museum.
Patrick Sheedy, Associate Director of the Care Department held the event with Lawren Dobson, Barrister from St Ives Chambers who was standing in at short notice to give the training presentation to attendees.
Guests gathered in the Visitors Centre before being chaperoned down through the village by a Team Member of BCLM https://bclm.com. Upon arrival, guests were welcomed with a selection of refreshments before being seated to enjoy the update.
Lawren gave an in-depth presentation on Vulnerable Participants in Care Proceedings followed by the museum’s famous fish and chip supper. A lovely evening was had by all and Patrick and his colleagues in the Care Team were very happy with choosing the Black Country Living Museum to hold their event.
