Do I need a financial order if I’m separating?
You do not have to be wealthy or have assets to be able to seek a Financial Order through the Family Courts within Divorce/Dissolution proceedings, but it is advisable to ensure you know what the Courts can Order and how best to resolve financial matters when separating, in order to give certainty and closure for the future.
